MSA offers a number of tuning courses designed for tuners on all levels. From enthusiasts wanting to know more about their own vehicle engine management system and basic tuning principles to seasoned tuners working with big horsepower engines every day. These courses are supported and encouraged by industry leading companies such as Haltech and Dyno Dynamics. We offer special rates for multiple bookings from the same organisation.

Rally Courses:
MSA Rally courses are Tarmac focused with a special 3 hour Gravel Rally Module available for those interested in competing off road. Extremely comprehensive in nature , these courses cover everything from Rally protocol to car preparation and crew management as well as core topics on Navigation and pace note writing. Hands on tution (in-car) is done on actual rally stages to assist with pace note writing and driving tips. (done at normal road speed in road car supplied)

Car Preparation Courses:
Motorsport Academy offers courses in specific engine types and preparation of vehicles for certain disciplines of racing. This section is constantly growing with a view to offer an advanced circuit racing course and engine specific courses on Nissan RB series engine technology and Rotary Engine Technology.
NEW R35 GTR , EVO X and Subaru Technology courses
Suitable for Enthusiasts and those in the auto industry these 3 courses are able to be done individually. Each course covers tuning of the factory management system and folows through with Brake, Suspension, Engine and Chassis technology related to modifying and racinge each of these types of cars. LSX Engine Technology Course.
Focused entirely on the GM V8 LS series of engines, this course includes tips, techniques and valuable information on modification of this engine family including a strong focus on forced induction and high output engine modification. |
Introductory Track Preparation Course.
Designed for the track day, hillclimb, circuit sprint and time attack competitor. This course covers such topics as tyre technology and reading tyres, brake compounds, suspension setup, fluid technology and basics of collection and analysis of track data. |
